One of the most iconic moments in the entire series and it's in the beginning. One thing I really liked in the 2006 film was before Light found the Death Note he was emotionally fed up with the justice/legal system to the point he threw his book on the subject in the trash and I what I appreciated about this moment is how it showed that Light was just a normal guy who wanted to make a difference in the world and had he never picked up the Death Note he'd probably be a great police officer.

The Live-Action series and the Musical are the most realistic. Every real person wouldn't be calm if a Shinigami appears, independent of the IQ.
