I've had a rough week already and this was just what I needed. Thinking about the question of what ghosts could walk up a wall with such distended proportions made me think about the video game Fatale Frame. It was a Japanese import and the Player was fighting off all sorts of ghosts in a VERY haunted house. We spent some nights watching our other friends playing games in college and I was surrounded by 4 of my big tough guy friends and my boyfriend for this one. We were all scared witless, but my BF and I at least had someone to hide with during the really bad parts.

It’s funny he mentions Alaska because I’ve driven through Cantwell, AK and stopped at the rest stop many times in my life. It’s basically a gas station and another building or two maybe but that’s it. I’ve never heard of the cliffs but it’s a great place to snowmachine. This one creeeeeped me out for sure by the way! 🤙

The way you read this made it super creepy! I was listening while trying to fall asleep and had to find a different story because this one was freaking me out a little bit.
@jasonalbran3762 жыл бұрын
The normal yet sing song voice the creature had gave an extra level of an unnerving feeling. Still, what was it's purpose for pulling people down there? I guess it forces people to stay until they die of dehydration, starvation, hypothermia and/or injuries It apparently doesn't eat them though. The worst part is the creature has no known history or lore. That terrifying as well as commendable. It shows a higher intelligence compared to other creatures and less of an ego or simply plays it safe. Most cryptids are arrogant to a point that their overconfidence leads humans to figure out their weaknesses. This one stays out of sight plans each abduction carefully as to not have witnesses or survivors to tell their tale of how they escaped and if they learned any weaknesses.

Trust me you try to get help for trauma or help sorting through your feelings about stuff like that they call you crazy no matter how many see things.
