Competance is a superpower in these "rules" creepypastas. TBH this set of rules was pretty easy, and for the amount of money he was getting, I would definitely take this job... as long as the boss put IN WRITING AND NOTARIZED that no more rules would be added. Also, if a rule could not avoid being added to the list, my pay would double each time.

Honestly compared to other rules stories, this list is surprisingly safe, all ya gotta do is keep a good head on your shoulders, pretend to be mute, maybe learn sign language as it only said you can't speak to Elizabeth, not sign, be fast, be polite, don't look outside when a plane appears, and always check the lights, and you're practically home free, and on a rainy day you practically have the day off! And the pay is great on top of it!

But if he did not beak some rules it would be not any fun. And it was his first night, he is bound to break some rules. The janitor did try to get him to stop looking at the plane. Honestly, those rules aren’t that bad. Now on a rainy night you have to be especially careful not to talk to Liz because you have to avoid the men’s room. I've been loving that the last few videos have been rules-pastas where they actually take the rules seriously instead of bumbling through breaking every rule and then not facing consequences. In my opinion, the scariest part of the Rule Themed Creepypastas, is thinking about what had to have happened in order to figure out what was a rule, and what not to do. The rules didn't write themselves, somebody has to have had made that mistake before in order to know.

I assume Simon is a ghost, too? Just not safe if he answers to any other name.
@DustinBarlow8P Жыл бұрын
@@Here_is_Waldo No I think Simon is real, he is just like our protagonist. He has probably worked their 20 years, and all the apparitions are just more of the same. The only real evidence is how he comments on the other stuff going on. It is just to strange for a ghost to show up and give you advice for dealing with other ghosts. Can't be certain until we know what happens if "Not Simon" shows up to work?.....
@Cre9000 Жыл бұрын
@@DustinBarlow8P okay we can reasonably deduce that Simon is probably a ghost. There are two rules regarding ‘Simon’ the first one has plausible deniability if it really pertains to Simon, don’t let a janitor in if he says his name is something other than Simon, we can probably think it was Simon’s day off and a ghost tried to take his place for the day. Okay so simon can still be a real person, but the other rule is that you must let Simon clean the front desk area where you work. So what happens if you don’t let Simon clean that area? Does that mean that Simon is some kind of self aware ghost? Also Simon does seem to change over the many years in the illustrations. The only person who appears static is the manager that hired him and the main character of the story, since we know they are real. Now has the main character been soul-bound in someway once he signs the papers? Is he now apart of this glitch in reality that keeps playing over and over before that fateful day that everyone was killed in the airport bombing? Oh yeah by the way the guy on the plane was some kind of domestic terrorist and killed everyone once Ops-tempo’d TSA (lol) searches the sky bridge fyi (or rather fails to search the sky bridge since the main character is to not let them search it)
@Cre9000 Жыл бұрын
I also assume that since the only open position that is dynamic is the front desk agent, that the original front desk agent survived by way of the rules listed. Since he did everything right on that fateful day, it must be re-enacted over and over to keep things the way it played out all those years ago and for the main character to survive. If TSA were to search the sky bridge then the bomber would have been caught and it would have caused the ghosts to be self aware of the fact that they can’t go home and that they are dead. Causing extreme existential crises and a lot of drama for you lol
@Nershedify5 ай бұрын
I always want follow ups to these stories. Like "Year 2. Simon beat me in Chess so I angrily danced with Elizabeth, silently, until TSA showed up. I immediately flipped them the bird and woke up to James handing me my Christmas Bonus." I'm talking full on Night at the Museum level shenanigans.

I really enjoy your show. I love how it’s actually a real person. And not only are you a real person, you literally film yourself, talking and doing those voices! This is exactly the kind of stuff I want to start doing! Love the stories! Especially all the ones with the “rules “….😂😂😂😂

Don't read a lot of creepypastas because of all those half hours I'll never get back. But I started this one without meaning to and then I couldn't stop. Brilliant. I'll be watching for more like this one!

Finally a "Rules" story where the MC is like "Ah you know what, this aint so bad" and actually just sticks with it. Granted compared to some others, this really wasnt so bad and it seems the pay is good so meh. Good on ya buddy!

A very interesting story! At first, I asked myself, since there were no passengers and nothing going on at the airport at night, what was he needed for?! After he read the instructions on that sheet of paper, and watching the events take place exactly as mentioned in the instructions, the conclusion I came to was that he was needed there at night to entertain the ghosts (Elizabeth, Simon, the red and black plane's pilot, and the men in the yellow suits) who appeared at the airport every night.

I recently subscribed to your channel after listening to a few of the stories. Honestly I really like the list of rules stories the most so far. It’s something about how not to be tempted to not abide by them to see the consequences of their actions. Your delivery is great although sometimes some of the stories don’t have a good ending cutoff. This one is a good one. Also do you ever do a sequel to previous stories? I haven’t noticed but some of stories could be a whole series in themselves. But I did notice a few were from the same timeline. Keep up the great work and looking forward to more content coming.

I would love to hear a night 2 working here. These types of stories lay out a tantalizing Fondation for a story and only do one shift... This is why I really enjoyed the story Working at a Voodoo shop" you got to see the story explored till the end😊
