Yep that’s how ryu ga gotoku pumps out games relatively fast and the stories are always good. They focus on narrative and fun and just reuse a lot of assets and have efficient use of writers and devs

Kiryu is on Chemotherapy, Ichiban is on Vacations with His Friends after The Massive Conflicts that they had in Yakuza 8/Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth and here we got... Majima's game at last, (last time was on Yakuza 0 and Kiwami 2 Majima Saga where he's The Protagonist Playable there), right now in Like A Dragon Pirate Yakuza he's stranded on some unknown Island with Amnesia basically and he had some new Opponents/Factions that he would dealt with and of course would fleshed out his Character even more, and of course he had Some New Friends too, such as Noah, The Boy that would accompany him during His Pirate Journey and Majima would try to regain his name and memory too during His Journey here.. Can't wait for to play as The Mad Dog again 🔥
