I've been on out of it for almost six months and this is me starting from the rock bottom. I used to be a lot fit than this, now I'm out of breath doing the last one. But it's all baby steps, I'll be back in the game soon enough.

His routines really work, both the longest and those of only eight minutes, all that is required is patience and perseverance; I've been doing your abdomen routines for about a month now and I notice changes in it, it has reduced a good percentage and it has also been marking much more. Going to do this workout for one week before my trip. Along with this there is a 5 minute leg workout and 3 minute arm workout. After my trip I will carry on for a week. (12.5 years old 46 kg) 28/06/22- Felt a lot of burn. Had a few stops like two or three. Did 10986 steps and burnt 2835 calories 29/06/22- Felt pain in the morning in the hips but less pain in the afternoon. No diiference. f

To anyone out there wondering if doing this alone would actually help you “lose belly fat”. Short answer: No. Long answer: You will need to include full body movement instead of just doing ab isolate exercises to actually “lose” any body fat. You can’t spot reduce fat, you have to lose overall body fat to see any reduction in fat! Most of these exercises are just ab isolate exercises, and will surely help you tone the area but you won’t, and I repeat WON’T see any reduction in fat if you’re not doing anything more challenging than this and not including full body movement into your workouts. All this in addition to maintaining a good diet, of course.

@@marielle3037 probably because you went from nothing to something. At first you lose fat with this, but after a while it stops working unless you change routine, or make current routine harder. This does work for ppl who were previously sedentary. If you are a generally active person, this won’t do a lot for you. Abs although this does indeed work at first, it’s not the most efficient way to get results. You can get results faster by doing HIIT workouts and/or weights.

I'm in New Zealand and just hit stage 3, so I have no more school and in 2 days we will be going on lockdown for 4 weeks. I'm wanting to glow up during self-isolation so I'm gonna definitely do this! Wish me luck, starting when you post the new video for today.

I'm going to try out 3 of her videos starting from today: this video, love handles, and bottom belly. Gonna exercise for 14 days. Weight today: 63.7kg --> target: 60kg. Height: 163cm Waist: 78cm Lower belly: 92 cm (Side note: I've been working out for 3 days already but haven't tried out her videos yet, so day 1 written down here is actually my day 3 of exercising already. I do cardio (40 minutes) or HIIT (30 minutes) before doing these workouts. Plus, I'm intermittent fasting and eating healthy 😊) Day 1: this video + bottom belly Day 2: abs (Pamela) + love handle Day 3: rest Day 4: abs + lower belly + booty Day 5: abs + love handle + upper body Day 6: abs + lower belly + booty (FYI. i measured myself this morning here's the results: weight: 62kg - waist: 75cm - lower belly: 90cm) Day 7: abs + love handle + booty + arms Day 8: rest Day 9: abs + lower belly + love handle (didn't do hiit today cuz I was too lazy. I also gained 1kg because I ate way too much yesterday) Day 10: abs + lower belly + booty

Doing this workout for 14 days - Day 1 - I could not do most of the exercises , but it got slowly a tinny bit easier towards the end Day 2 - ( updating on day 3 ) i did not get a chance to do it Yesterday bc i was busy 😢 Day 3 - ( i am going to do it twice to make up for yesterday ) first time i had to stop with some exerscises before she did , i changed some exerscises to make them slightly easier Day 3 - second time i really tried alot harder to complete this , but i still had to stop a little bit before she did but not as much as last time although i could not do the challenge exerscise at the end of the video bc i was very warn out 😅 Day 4 - ( sorry for doing so late ) it was quite easeir than last time and i think on the first exerscise i was doing it wrong , becuase this time i started pushing myself abit more at the begining and i felt more of a burn 😊 Sorry guys I had to go to my dads bc it was the weekend and there was no space to do the exercise so I missed a couple days - I’m going to carry on as I was before so the next day is day 5 which I’m doing today 🙃 Day 5 - it was abit harder because i hadnt done it for a couple days and im able to see that i have the lost the tiniest bit of wheight

Okay so imma do this buuuuttt….with the Chloe ting summer shred 2019 challange. Since Chloe’s an workouts have a reputation of giving square shaped body’s (which isn’t really what im looking for) im switching all the an workouts for Lilly’s instead. The daily ab workout I switched for this one! Day 1: ✅ the burn is very much there omg. I can still feel it after my 5 minute cooldown which I couldn’t with Chloe’s..I’m so exited to keep goinggg ahhhhhhhh

I tried doing this for 14 days and i’m updating everyday! Day 1 (monday) - most of the exercises were very challenging. I couldn’t do some of them and i was very tired afterwards. Got aches in my stomach muscles after a few hours (good sign) Day 2 (tuesday) - i felt a little more strength in some certain exercises and enjoyed doing the workout. though, some exercises were still very hard to do. I also had muscle aches throughout the day.

Do it in your own pace. Don't rush it out. You'll get there eventually and gradually. You just need to get those arms stronger first and it won't happen from the first time. Also add some shoulders and arms workouts to your routine , Lilly has a lot of those. Good luck ❤

@@elinelanglet5312 Yeah!! You should repeat this video everyday for 14 or more, Lilly upload a series Day 2, 3 and etc. So you can select your own!! If you want stick to this one, I think it's the easiest one and most affective for core and abs! Stay safe :)

Hello! Loving the workouts but it would be interesting if you could add comments or variations for people who have a bad back. On a lot of exercises my back hurts more than more core. I Any tips included in the work outs would be much appreciated.

I’m a ballet student and I need to loose approximately 3kg so imma take advantage of the 2 week Easter break and loose some weight. Imma keep y’all updated! (before the workout I do 20 mins treadmill and after the workout I do 10 mins workout,I also follow a diet) DAY 1: my and are burning ong that was such a good workout to do! I bet there will be vast results! DAY 2: DAY 3: DAY 4: DAY 5: . . . .

I'm determined to have a flat stomach by summer soo let's get it ~ Day 1 : Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be - still burned especially at the start, it was pretty fun ngl 🥰 Day 2 : Burned more ❤️‍🔥 I can't do the exercises when you have to use arm strength to save my life but it's okay 😘 Day 3 : Didn't think that I would be able to do this today but here we are :) Felt super proud of completing it and not postpone it 💘 Day 4 : Rest day - Ate lot of junk and I was really tired so I think it's better to rest 😘 Day 5 : I felt really insecure today - I hate how my body looks, my tummy rolls, my whole body and I really wanted to give up but didn't. It's going to be my third month of exercising and I haven't lost any fat yet, I know I'm supposed to do cardio or HIIT to lose fat but I hate both of them 😖 I feel what I'm doing rn is pointless to say the least 😶 Day 6 : Literally dead, this burned so much 😵‍💫🥴 Also new pr for sit ups ~ I managed to do 30 😝 Day 7 : It's been a week already 🥴 1 more week to go ~ Burned a lot today 😮‍💨 Day 8 : Burned like usual 😶 Feeling super nice for completing it

Love how all the exercises were different! I hate knowing exactly how bad an exercise is gonna hurt after I did it 1 minute before haha! I have done this for a good 7 days now and I can definitely see my abs getting much stronger by the day, although I am still doing some of the modifications. No shame in that, it's killing me in a good way, thanks Lilli! Beginners (like myself) - make sure you give your abs rest days. I have seen myself improving more after a 1-day break than from doing it many times in a row. We can do this!
