Thanks Princess Linda 👸 for sharing with the detailed information. I live in Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 The room temperature often don't have the required temperature for the bread proof and I don't have the incubator. My current room temperature is about 19C. If I were to leave the dough for a longer peroid of time, will the bread proof still be fine ?? Looking forward to your advice 😀 👍

Hi Linda, I used your recipe in a bread machine and it came out so soft which is the best bread I have ever made, thank you so much for sharing. By the way, I used double cycle method in bread machine and I believe it helps too.

May i know your bread tin measurement... my bread tin is 8 x 4.5 x 4.5 inch... do i need to half the recipe or divide of the recipe ?
