www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Quiet Quarantine series. These workouts are designed to give you a low impact total body burn that won't wake up the neighbours. Perfect if you live in an apartment, but obviously still effective even if you don't! Work off some of that lock down frustration and get in shape for the big reveal on the other side.
In Quiet Quarantine Barre you will use light hand weights and a pilates ring to chisel your entire body. You will start with some releve combinations to warm up through your feet and ankles, these will include turn out plies, hinges, up and down calf raises and staggered plies. Next move into an outer thigh and oblique series with a wide plie to knee pull with extension, then just the extensions, then a long lever leg and arm crunch. Repeat on the other side, then an all fours series with a balance hold and triceps extensions then staggered triceps push ups to change sides. Next a wide plie, pilates ring upper body segment with pulses and squeezes, one side releve with pulse and oblique bend, then a figure eight move and a stearing wheel twist to finish. Next put the ring around your ankles for some standing leg raises and extensions. Then move to the floor for some tough abs work with the ring around your ankles then around your thighs. Finish with the ring between your inner thighs for c-curve tucks and squeezes and a twisted oblique crunch series. Finish with a lengthening stretch.

I just finished this workout and I feel so good. I’m going to do Calm Barre (Chisel) next. I’m coming to the conclusion that lifting very heavy might not be for me. I tend to feel a little sick and worn out afterwards.

I agree, it isn't for everyone. I was on a journey to lift heavier, but then stopped in my tracks. I just don't enjoy it. I want to spend my limited time working out doing workouts I look forward to!

Love these quiet workouts have long wondered why no one ever thought of this - living in the city in apartments always searching for quiet workouts these are great and just as hard as any loud workout!

This was excellent - I used a heavy loop & a playground ball to substitute the ring. Made the 'mistake' to keep the loop on for the last series - what a burn! I found your last series too hard for my arthritic knees, but this workout was great to strengthen them.

Loved this one Linda! Used 3lb hand weights, ankle weights where I could and then used a ball and loop for the ring part! Great burn! 🔥🔥

Second time doing this workout and I love the ring! So hard and so on fire the whole time. Day 3 of the barre calendar. I chose this calendar to ease back into working out after s few months off but there’s been nothing easy about it, lol. I’m already seeing results! 😳 Ha! Thank you Linda for always pushing me beyond my comfort zone! Appreciate it! 😘🔥💖

When will this be available on Amazon? I am awaiting with anticipation :) Also, I have your Ankle Weight Series since....forever. Love doing it. Sometimes I do the segment of choice twice in a row. Do you have another ankle weight series I can get my hands on or something similar? I like working strictly lower body often. Thank you for always being so innovative.
