I have just finished it again and I must say it is a really tough total body workout. With the ball you have been forced to squeeze all you muscles through the all workout. Linda! Thank you again for sharing. Brilliant total body workout!

You never fail to provide exactly what I need! Today, I woke up with a huge knot in my shoulder. I scanned through this workout and knew it would help stretch things out. A bit painful, but yes, I'm now on the mend. Shoulder knot aside, it was a great workout! Varied and unique. Thanks again!

If I would’ve watched this workout before doing it, I think I would’ve been deceived about how difficult this was. It looked so fun while you were doing it, but ouch! So much burning!! Bouncing on that ball is so much harder than just pulse squats! 😅 I’m so glad I pushed through, but that was intense! Thank you, Linda for another creatively challenging workout! I loved it! 💖

Hi Linda! Any chance you can do a FitBall + Resistance band 40-60 minute combo??? These are my absolute favorites pieces of equipment because they are so effective.

WOW! How could have I missed out this gem?!) This is indeed a perfect cardio sculpt, it has every required segment and it covers everything! I did use ankle weights for leg raises, and it was so tough even if it lasted 5 minutes) Fun and tough session that has everything one needs! :-))

Wow! workout with SB is so much fun with you Linda! I should check out your other ones with this device. Simple moves, but SB makes all the difference! Oh yes, I felt my inner thighs like never before. And knees... what brings me to a question - do you have a suggestion of what are better exercises to make knees thinner, or sharper, or whatever definition is applicable to skinny knees :-)

This was a great flowing workout Linda! I loved it!! The bouncing was great and worked up an awesome burn if you engaged properly! The band work was killer on my glutes/hammies! All around a perfect workout! Can’t wait to do the barre one too!

haha, that's an idea. I will keep it in mind, however, I try to make workouts that are accessible to as many people as possible and not sure if everyone would have a ball and a rebounder 😊

@ I actually found your youtube channel when I searched for rebounding videos. You have made a couple but I'd found your other videos so unique and honestly, you are using quite a bit of different type of equipment...from the ring to the bands to the leg weights and arm weights. Why not incorporate some of these movements on the rebounder?

Hi linda can l ask you lf l do 3 times your outer thighs workout and 2 times your glutes workout (before l do hiit or elliptic machine 30 minutes).when l saw results ?my problem is saddlebag l don't have big problem this area but l want to be perfect. Thank you Linda

I think you will start seeing some results after 2-3 weeks as long as you also follow a good diet. 😊
