@ 60 minutes is great maybe push us up to 80 or 90 min ? 😉😁 always find myself doing more any ways lol the burn is addicting

honestly, I wouldn't do a lot of it with 2.5 kgs. There are some really fast moves in it. You can use them for the floor work, but a lot of the standing is long lever, so you can easily injure yourself going fast. You could intensify by using slightly heavier hand weights and wearing a resistance loop just above the knees. That would probably work for a lot of it.

How long do u actualy workout everyday with all the filming and a normal routine

it depends on how long the filmed workouts are, but anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 hours. That includes a 30 odd minute walk most days.
