I was 'dreading' doing this workout because semi-handstands & ended up loving it! I have a house full of furnishings, so I have an idée fixe that I'm going to have a calamitous fall, smashing me & furniture. I used my TRX on a door & progressively shortened the handles as I gained confidence. It was so invigorating! I still have to climb up a bit further, but am inspired to do a little every day! Thanks so much, Linda! One day I'll get out of my head & do handstands solo.

That's awesome! Congrats on your progress!! Honestly, it is just mind over matter. I have fallen soooooo many times and never hurt myself. You tend to always fall to the side so you end up in a crouching position. The ones where you get on the wall slowly without momentum have very row risk of falling at all. If you watch my handstand tutorial on youtube it will give you some more tips too.
