DESCRIPTION
Welcome to my Knee Friendly workout series. These 4 workouts are designed to tone your whole body without any stress on the knees. There are a lot of mat exercises using different equipment to increase the challenge, as well as standing exercises. No squats or lunges in sight and no kneeling mat work either, so whether you have an injury or have knee pain in general, this series is the one for you! No equipment, no problem - you can still do all the exercises with just your own body weight.
Knee Friendly Lower Mat is a Pilates inspired mat workout with slow and controlled exercises that focus on form. You will get a lot of core engagement holding various positions whilst working your legs. There are angle changes to target every part of your lower body. You will use a resistance loop to increase the challenge for some of the exercises. Variations are shown throughout for easier modifications.

You are such an amazing teacher, and this was yet another amazing class! I'm a bit uncoordinated, so I'll definitely repeat it and hit all the moves next time. Thank you for your tough and inspiring workouts. I really love the zen aspect of them - whether you intend that or not. Your voice is very soothing and you don't natter on and on about nonsense. I appreciate that you don't get distracted and distract me. The counting of moves tends to be accurate, which makes them fly by (I know what to expect). Sorry to ramble. Just thanks!

This was a great way for me to work the core without having to worry about neck tension. I liked the flow and balance holds. 😊 I used the loop above both ankles to avoid irritating my foot (injury recovery) and I still felt the burn!

This was both fun and challenging. At some point during the leg segment, I had to abandon the loop. I'm a bit confused-should the leg rotate when being lifted up to the shoulder while lying on the side? Also, I caught a glimpse of a cute Mini, which brought me joy
