Welcome to my Knee Friendly workout series. These 4 workouts are designed to tone your whole body without any stress on the knees. There are a lot of mat exercises using different equipment to increase the challenge, as well as standing exercises. No squats or lunges in sight and no kneeling mat work either, so whether you have an injury or have knee pain in general, this series is the one for you! No equipment, no problem - you can still do all the exercises with just your own body weight.
Knee Friendly Lower Mat is a Pilates inspired mat workout with slow and controlled exercises that focus on form. You will get a lot of core engagement holding various positions whilst working your legs. There are angle changes to target every part of your lower body. You will use a resistance loop to increase the challenge for some of the exercises. Variations are shown throughout for easier modifications.
