The ankle weights are paying off big time just did this with my medium fabric loop!!! 6 months ago i could hardly use the light fabric loop ❤

Yep, definitely felt the burn))) I tried to sneak in ankle weights but only could do it for one exercise on each side; for the rest part I decided band was doing its job just fine) Creative and challenging as always!)

Good job for sticking in there. It will get easier every time as your muscles get stronger. This workout uses a lot of smaller muscle groups so it takes a few weeks to strengthen them 😊

I am super proud of myself. I have just finished this wonderful workout off. I am all sweat but happy since I am now able to use a medium resistance band and a pair of 2.2 kg. ankle weights all together!!!! THANK YOU!

Perfect! This was awesome Linda. I'm going to be feeling my outer thighs tomorrow because they didn't get any breaks during the obliques work. I loved every move, but my favorite exercise was the pretzel combination. It hurt so good when we had to rotate our foot up haha. I am super excited for another loop series : ) I only had time to pair it with your Fit in 5 Glutes so I'll either do one of your lower strength workouts or a workout from the sweat series this afternoon. Thank you!!!!

Yes, the pretzel combinations are always killer. I filmed a bums and tums one in the series a couple of days ago and my but was really sore the next day! 😨

Oh, yes. Great workout. I used a kilo ankle weight and changed it for a resistant band when it came to do the pretzels. Now I'll do some more abs and my therapy exercises for the kneecap

Hi Linda, I am new to your channel and using bands. I really enjoyed this workout, although my light band kept scrunching and I know you said to keep high so it does not scrunch but since I am a beginner I still found it difficult to keep it from scrunching .. I still felt very sore after so am I still getting resistance considering? and suggestions? Thanks

Hi, it's not a problem if the band scrunches up as long as it still stays in the right spot. You will still get resistance from the band even if it isn't flat. Eventually you will get stronger and can then move up to a heavier band that won't scrunch as much. ☺
