Hi! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate this video. I’m a 24 year old fitness fanatic and was recently diagnosed with incurable stage IV cancer. I am extremely weak and not being able to workout has been truly horrible. This is the first KZbin video I made it through and I feel great! I can’t thank you enough.

Hi Joely, I am so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I have been going through long term illness myself with topical steroid withdrawal and know how frustrating it is when you can't do the workouts you want to do and used to do. Please, please, never give up hope that you can be cured. A doctors diagnosis is not the be all and end all. I highly recommend you look into Dr Joe Dispenza's work. Watch some podcasts of his. Also please go to see a functional medicine practitioner. Western medicine does not have all the answers. There may be things you can change in your diet that will have a massive effect on your day to day life. I have watched countless podcasts because of my own sickness and am convinced that the body is designed to heal itself if we give it the right tools. I follow Dr Mark Hyman for nutritional advice. @ Thank you so much for your kind reply ❤️ I used to be a huge fan of Joe Dispenza! I have one of his books and watched many of his podcasts, now would be a good time to revisit. I also used to be a huge fan of Dr. Mark Hyman and I followed his nutritional advice for four years (mostly paleo), and the past year I have been whole food plant based. Also did yoga every morning and I only buy organic/ non toxic cleaning supplies, soaps, etc. Thank you again for your advice, I’m still holding onto hope! I may contact you soon :)

What a coincidence. Yes, definitely consider revisiting. Even listening to his short video testimonials on instagram is very inspiring. I was plant based for 4 years, but started incorporating grass fed beef and wild caught fish instinctively. After listening to a lot of the professionals on Dr Hyman's podcasts I believe that while I am healing it is a good idea to have the extra protein and nutrients. I wish you all the best. Keep strong and keep looking for new things to try. Even extreme things like fecal transplants have the possibility of saving lives. 💗

This is a year later. PLEASE tell me that you’re still alive!!! I sure hope so. I lost my sister to cancer. I took care of her right up to her transition from this world. I hate that disease. Please say you are still alive. Twenty-four is so young.

Ahhh! This was just what I needed today for my ‘active rest’ day!! I did add ankle weights to intensify and then elevated the glute section. Great combo of moves and just the right amount of burn before moving on to the next move!! I loved it!! ❤️
