Wow that was an amazing workout. It definitely reached parts of me I didn't know could ache that much but I almost didn't notice as the class was so creative and interesting. Love classes that use the stability ball and this class was outstanding. Thank you. I will be working my way through your other videos now....😀😀

Hi Linda. I can't help being pulled into one of your workouts once in awhile. No other workout tones my body like your workouts! But, I have to modify where needed & go my pace since I'm 63 & still have a pulled & very tight hip flexor. UGH! Thank you for all the exercise videos you've created & shared with the world. You're amazing❤

Awesome!!! There's really a bit of everything in this session😍👏There was one funny moment - when you said ''If you're really hardcore you may try put ankle weights on''.... And here I am with weights on my thigs (not even ankles), struggling (also with balance), huffing and puffing like crazy - so definitely NOT hardcore 😅Somehow I felt validated though😆💪
