Flipping heck my obliques are on fire. That was a brilliant workout. I'm post covid so struggling with cardio. The leg section got the heart rate up. Loved the new moves Linda. Thanks 🤗😘

I’m happy you can’t see me working out with you as I’m sure you would freak out as I know my technique is not perfect like yours is. I did the best I could. Loved it. ❤️

I had fun with this workout today. First time doing this type of exercise and really enjoyed it. I’ve saved it so I go it again. I bought a pack of those Pilates balls a while ago, I’m so happy I’ve found some great workout that use them. Thank you Linda for very effective workout

Hi Linda. I have followed your workouts for so many years and saw very good consequences when I look at mirror. Thanks for the all of your creative and effective workouts. You are the best in this area. And now Im 22 weeks pregnant. wondering which of your workouts are suitable for pregnants?

That's wonderful! I am so happy that my workout have been giving you good results! I had a friend doing my workouts right up until her last trimester, I guess you just have to be careful with some of the moves, especially abs exercises. Perhaps you are better off isolating body parts by mix and matching some upper and lower body workouts? I am not a dr so I don't want to give you any wrong advice, so make sure you double check with your health care practitioner 💕

I decided To combine first 25 minutes of this workout and target 10 arms that day than I did. And I have doctor appointment today Im going to ask about some certain ab exercises. I have read the exercises such as russian twist or facedown exercises can be harmful for baby. But I want to learn whether standing Ab, obliques exercises, flutter kicks etc. is harmful. Lower body exercises(lunges, squats) are already strongly recommended during pregnancy. Thanks for your feedback 😌😌😇
