What a nice burn 😂😜. Love 😍❤️ this series. I m been working out with you daily since the start of the Corona virus situation and boy have I seen progress in every fitness aspect! Results that have never obtained through years of lifting weights and doing boring cardio that also is NOT joint friendly. Thanks 👍🙏 for your routines. You are so creative!!

To be honest, I used to prefer lifting up on the toes with heavy dumbbells for calves. But Linda always knows some secret points in a body and unexpected tricks to make them work! Thank you for you inexhaustible fantasy!
@barlatesbodyblitz6 жыл бұрын
Ha ha! You're body weight is heavy enough as long as you use enough reps and the right angles 😄

I love you for the hard, functional and purposeful workouts but man am I looking at you mean during it! LOL! You are a great instructor! I was taught to put your mind into by a teacher years ago. You said the same. It is definitely a mental thing.

Yes, it's totally mind over matter. Your body achieves what your mind believes 😊

What a nice surprise!! I always like to target every area so that I don't have major muscle imbalances and to prevent injuries. I loved this! So fun and unique! The last series in hip thrust were intense as were the single leg squats. I find targeting front of thigh like this really slims and gives even more definition even if you think your quads are toned. I did this with Endurance 90 Cardio Sculpt, Barre Ball Blast Standing Lower, and Barre Ball Blast Mat. Oh and I love the heart at the start of this : ) Btw, Mini is so adorable in this! Also, I'm going to be buying the rest of the Sculpt It series in a few days.

Thanks! I had some requests for more targeted workouts cause I have been filming a lot of total body lately. I have some new moves coming up in this series, which I think you will like. I am also filming an Endurance 100 series, which is a total sweat fest! You NEED a rebounder so you can start doing some of my bounce workouts too! 😊
@brookeg8276 жыл бұрын
I am so excited for all of that! I am ABSOLUTELY getting a rebounder within a week or two. I already have one in my Amazon shopping cart. My 33rd birthday is on the 21st and it's my present 😂

It's been a while since I used my stability ball so I picked up this one to pair with your Cardio Interval Tone 45/30 to get a good and challenging lower body day 😊😊👍🏻. I'm definitely gonna feel it in my calves tomorrow😊.Thank you, Linda for your super creative workouts. Your creativity has no boundaries 😍😍😍! You are simply the best!

With my ballet teacher taking the summer off (I’m in Canada) I was just thinking over the weekend that I’m losing strength in my calves ... then VOILA, my favourite KZbin instructor posts this fantastic calves/leg workout. Thank you!! Will be doing this later. .. if I can’t walk for the rest of the week will you go to work for me? 🤪 The kitty needs an exercise ball. 😺

A mini-ball for Mini!

Awesome, glad I could help out! Mini doesn't really play with balls. She likes tiny, tiny little things that she can chase across the floor. 😊 😺

Thank you, Linda, for an other great workout! Could you add new workouts to new rotation weeks, please?))) I start every morning (at 5.00) with your workouts and it helps me to stay fit and strong. But with small baby sometimes is very difficult to find 1 hour for workout.(( If you can make a buisy week rotation it would be great))) Thanks
@barlatesbodyblitz6 жыл бұрын
I will add another rotation soon. If you want a shorter workout just use one of the workouts in the rotation instead of both. Most of the time I add 2 together to create an hour long workout. 😁

I only have a mini ball. Will it work?
@barlatesbodyblitz6 жыл бұрын
It will work for the standing exercises then you might need to use a foot stool or bench for the laying exercises 😊

Yes, the fast pace definitely keeps the heart rate high! Sounds like you need to put a towel on your ball next time! 😄
