I’ve had this saved for the longest time and finally got brave enough to try it. Wow were my inner thighs BURNING! It’s just what I wanted tho, most other inner thigh workouts I barely feel. I’m going to do more of the target 20 now that I know I can make it through. I’m really wanting to incorporate more of these kind of workouts to compliment my heavy weight training; I just love working my muscles in a different way and these movements could bring a grown man to tears! Lol thank you Linda!

haha, i love torturing inner thighs! The Target 20 workouts are bearable because of the time frame, but it also means I don't have to pace myself, so not sure if they are actually easier than some of my longer workouts! ❤️🔥

I loved this Inner Thigh! It's my new favourite. I was worried at first as I don't have 1kg ankle weights so I used 0.5kg and OMG I was shaking and burning by 30sec of each exercise. Will definitely be doing this again.

So much for my planned off day I have on Wednesdays 😂 Saw this and couldn't resist! As I always say you are queen of inner thigh work. This was awesome! It definitely burned like crazy. I'm loving having all of these new targeted workouts to add to your cardio sculpt and bounce. I had cut back on bounce and just did it randomly. I noticed that I wasn't getting that same results- it was crazy the difference! Now I'm back doing your bounce 5-6 days a week and already have seen progress gains. I've also been able to really increase my workout times 😄 I'm so appreciative that you got my strength back! Also, I love all of the green on your set too. It's so cheerful! I've noticed Mini has a little bowl in some of your videos. Does she have treats or water? She is a cutie! 😍

I agree, bouncing makes a big difference to your fitness. When I don't do it for a while and then decide to film a bounce series I really pay for it. Talking all the way through it takes it to the next level 😄

I know it's an older WO but it fits to my WO program this week. Wow, my butt and hamstrings couldn't handle the 5 exercises in a row on one side, so I did 3 exercises on the right and had to move to the left leg because form began to suffer. Great WO as usual Linda, thanks !!!

This advanced workout challenge is just that...advanced! Makes me feel good that I can keep up albeit slower than you! 😅 Your encouragement throughout this workout was vital to my completion of all the sets, so thank you for that! I hate doing this workout because it burns so bad, but I know that means good things. I love love the constant body position reminders, especially about turning that leg out. I'm the worst about not keeping my body in correct positioning.

20 mins is a long time to work inner thighs exclusively and inner thighs are such a pesky, hard to submit area. Keep at it on a regular basis and you will get stronger 😊
