Glad to see you had a good day in difficult conditions on Bewl. When it’s bright and the water starts to get too warm the trout can be difficult. I understand the reasons Bewl becoming any method to survive. That the trout still respond to the fly. Will be there soon to get back on the boats. Hope we can meet up in the future.

I was retrieving fairly quickly no more than 3’ down mostly. Sometimes I would count it down between 10 - 20 seconds which would have it coming back around 6’.
