Why was this shown publicly, like girl chill Lindsay deserves some privacy or something. Edit: OMG I JUST REALIZED IT SAID SHE'S USING DRUGS AND ALCOHOL. Like bro she must be going through alot, she needs mental health not jail. Not only that but maby she didn't know what she was doing cause she was drunk, like I'm glad this is all behind her.

not just because she's a celebrity, she doesn't deserve jail. Damn guys, we need equality. Wether it'd be president, celebrity, government officials, if they did something against the law then they should go to jail. I know she needs phsychiatrist help but still she should face the consequence.

I’m shocked Lohan didn’t go insane. You don’t lock people up to teach them smh you send them to get help!! Locking them up would just make people go more insane! Smh the system is so fckd up!

You’re only able to get help to people who want to be helped. You can’t force an addict to get clean, they have to want to be clean themselves or else they’ll just continue using. This could be the 5th chance she’s had and just never learned. Regardless, this is all behind her now and she’s doing better.

What are you talking about? Court cases and trials are shown everyday on TV. So you not remember Court TV? What makes Lindsay special that normal everyday people can have they trials televised and not her? Because she broke down crying? Also keep in mind she's getting sentenced for multiple DUIs. Had she caused and accident and killed someone, I wonder if you would feel the same.

My baby Lindsay didn't deserve this she was clearly in pain n had addiction problems

No one gave a shit about my hone life when I had similar charges Just because her home life is public does not mean she should be treated differently But I will not condone the sentence she was given and I think all addicts should be treated as such and their circumstances taken into accord

She deserves better she needs help, not being locked up for months basically with no one to talk to
Lindsay should've though about the consequences when she did things that amount 30 or 90 days of jail term I personally feel sad that Lilo's had to leave her party life to spent time in prison.
