Zachary Landes If the script you were performing had your character saying and doing things that didn't make any sense in relation to the plot, and you had the writer/director of the play right there to talk to, I suspect you'd mention something to them about it like, "What is my character negotiating exactly between the Trade Federation and the Naboo? What does Naboo have to do with taxes on trade routes? How does blockading or invading Naboo solve the problem for them?" or "Couldn't my character just buy passage off this planet on a freighter or something, since we're in such a hurry? That seemed to work pretty well for Ben Kenobi in Star Wars when he wanted to leave." or "Why isn't my character testifying as to what he saw the Trade Federation doing on Naboo? Isn't that why I was sent there in the first place?"

Do it!!! Crystallize actually motivated me to start playing violin, and now I've been playing for 3 years and I can pretty much play Crystallize and some of her other songs in my sleep. I've even been offered to write and record violin parts for a studio that records indie music. I'm not saying this to brag; my point is, don't ever be afraid to follow your dreams! You never know where it could lead you. I honestly don't know where I would be right now if I never found Lindsey's music and picked up a violin.
