Unique Art-Nouveau Villa with Panoramic View For Sale In Liguria | Lionard

What an amazing property surrounded by extraordinary landscapes. The view is such stunning. The outdoor patio is gorgeous to hold big events. While this is a 18 century building, the renovation work was properly done. You don’t feel the interior is dated at all but very modern. The color of interior and the furniture make the property very elegant. Hi Stephanie, now I know where I am going to retire 😊

The pool was just built recently. On Google Maps there are a lot of pics of weddings at Villa Lagorio and none of them before 2022 have a swimming pool in the back. There are some cool shots of video displays of fireworks and trippy imagery on the building facade and the wedding reception setups are really nice. I wouldn't use it as a business, it would be a family vacation spot, I have a big family, it would be occupied year round.
