Thanks frank and yes i love this engine but like i told brian i have to find some o rings for the top cover where you add fluid for the blowdown and pop off valve smoke i noticed it had fluid on it and luckily i caught it in time i love that fluid i use but i dunno why my trains spit it out mostly 😢

Awesome Brandon!!!! Congrats man! You can never have too many 4014’s, or Big Boys for that matter!! 🤣 The depleting coal load is a great feature. All the smoke effects on it are incredible as well along with the feature-rich sound quality! You’re gonna love it!! 🚂😎

Brian you are not lying on loving it its awesome and i hear you on not having to many big boys (looks at your layout) 😂😂 it ran flawlessly just wish i knew how to change those green lights to clear on the front of it with cab 1 remote if thats possible? and i hate to say it but this visionline bb makes my legacy bb look terrible but i still love it because it did make my massive log train video back in march even though i about broke it haha but thanks for your comment my friend 👍🚂

The Visionline series is definitely a step above Legacy, although nothing wrong with Legacy. 😊 I have seven Visionline locos and the details on them all, are incredible! Not sure how to change the class lights with the Cab-1. On my 990 Legacy handheld there is a button for class/marker lights. The lights themselves are capable of the color change, so just a matter of trying to figure it out. I have the original 4014 which was the first with the depleting coal load. That one had an issue where the small wire system that’s used to pull the rubber coal load down, broke. This was a simple fix, but I’m expecting these new ones may be seeing this issue in the distant future. Not something you should need to worry about anytime soon though.

@@naxshackThats very cool to hear and im wondering if those class lights could be changed on the cab 3 app maybe? next i have to find some small o rings for the cover on top that goes on the smoke switches on off because where you add the smoke fluid for the blowdown steam and pop off valve steam i noticed there was fluid around those switches luckily i found it in time but until then i may need to turn off those switches until i find those o rings or figure out a way to plug up the holes or something

I’m trying to recall what mine look like. I’m not in the train room now, but if it looks like something’s missing, maybe contact Lionel. My 4014 came without the whistle unfortunately. I should’ve contacted Lionel directly for a free replacement, but I just bought the whistle for a few dollars from their parts website. For the money we spend on these models, we shouldn’t have these problems, but I’m not going to bash them…these things happen unfortunately.

@@naxshack yeah thats true and yesterday when i took the cover off i seen a o ring and i dunno what i did with it wish i wouldve held on to it but crap happens and yeah for what we pay for these trains we shouldn’t have to pay for parts they didnt include with them

@LawsonRailway i have yet to video it. But I have a Erie tri plex. As many wheels as it has its a low profile engine that works great on my tight clearences, I have a class A on loan it don't like my compound curve. It strikes some buildings close to the track
