LISA: The Pointless | Ultimate Fix | Desert Crossroads

This is a showcase of a reworked event from the mod I am making.
The mod will be called The Ultimate Fix - it is a mod to the Ultimate Modpack for LISA: The Pointless.
It aims to rework, rewrite and rebalance the game to bring it up at least to the high standard that original Pointless presented.

That's not the priority right now. Besides, there is not much sprite work needed. I have one volunteer that I'll request in the future.

1:59 i never really saw Alex as the type to outright say swears and stuff. I always saw him as more soft spoken, probably both because Vanilla pointless had never had him say much mean things and Sotws and infinity unfolds just kinda made him a nice old man. Either way though i don't mind him being a little more feisty considering he is usually the team's captain and main damage dealer. And besides this is still the LISA universe. just pointed that out because i remembered the cutscene with one downtown guy and Alex responding with "i am getting kinda tired of some random bozos stopping me for no reason" which was just out of place due to no former writing suggesting he'd say that.

this looks MUCH better.. my only complaint is that there's way too many textboxes for sentences that could be completed in one textbox, otherwise this does make the "ultimate modpack" feel actually ultimate keep up the good work!

Actually, in the experience of playing dividing long texts into smaller chunks is better - it let's you go with the flow of the scene. Giant walls of text and multiple separate sentences put into one box take you out of the flow by forcing to stop and read, when shorter chunks get "ingested" immediately. It may look excessive in video, but in experiencing it's better.

Позавчера доделал интеграцию Импа в пустыню (теперь остров можно закончить путем Импа и все будет также, как и в пути Джорджи - никто не умрет, вернутся сокомандники и сюжет продолжится), вчера переделал деревню Мародеров, сегодня переделал Кюртиса, Апепа и Джина, осталось допеределать зоны в пустыне (в которых Джой Бои, босс-скорпион и босс-птица). Буквально на днях закончу, самому не терпится!

@@user-te2oq8oy7y весь мод ориентирован на режим "без вороны", НО! Я вставил "автосохранения" на КАЖДОЕ важное событие - сложный бой, катсцена, иногда даже приход в новую локацию, а также "включил" старых ворон (old crow), чтобы тоже сохраняли игру. Гарантированно без возобновляемых ворон будет много сохранений, так что можно спокойно играть и исследовать мир, не парясь о том, чтобы потерять прогресс.

Honestly? In my PERSONAL AND SUPERIOR OPINION (im kidding) i dont really like the companion conflict, i mean yeah, it was a feature for SOTWS but was more like: "Saltcrab or geen, you choose." But now, we have so many party members and also too much equipement we dont really use bc its for another member. Yeah, they cant really like eachother but the "its me or him" its weird because they ARE ON A WASTELAND and the better option would be stick together. Also some conflicts are dumb, i understand the anaconda virtue conflict but they really will gonna abandon you for accept some relative nice guy? Also the requisite for some of them just to have a conflict...yeah, no. Lets keep the game fun, its not hard as the original but thats ok and if you dont like it, play on your own way.
