Please check the ingredient list in the description below the video. For measuring, I prefer grams to cups because of accuracy.

hi, the cake was deflated and the bottom layer seem uncooked. have tried to bake it for longer time, the bottom layer still thick and unrisen. kindly advise which step went wrong. thanks

Hi Lisa, i have added one teaspoon of lemon juice onto the egg white. Is one teaspoon too much because my egg white seems a bit watery? Thank you

Not much. 1 tsp of lemon juice is only around 5g, can add more if you want

Multiply by 1.7 . You need to extend the baking time to 80-90 minutes if you use the same temperature.
