Not every manufactor makes a great capacitors, that's why there are tiers or classes of capacitors. But not every single manufactor, for instance Nichicon, make every capacitor equally, so thats why there are series of capacitors. When you find a good looking capacitor first check on net if that series of capacitors are any good.
First Tier (Japan):
Nichicon
United Chemi-Con (Nippon Chemi-Con)
Rubycon (be careful, there is Rulycon which looks nearly the same, but a lot worse (last tier)).
Sanyo/Sancon
Panasonic (most of the times there is a M logo on the capacitor)
Hitachi
FPCAP (Functional Polymer Capacitor)
ELNA
Marcon (if you see them, they are at least 25 years old, there are four numbers written on them, for instance: 9110, that means the capacitor is made in 10th week of 1991. Some other capacitors also have this)
First Tier (US and Europe)
Cornell Dubilier (US)
Illinois Capacitor (currently owned by Cornell Dubilier)
Kemet Corporation (US) (you probably won't find Kemet's nor Vishay's capacitor in consumer equipment because most of them go into automotive, telecommunication and industrial use, but ceramic and tantalum capacitors are very good)
Vishay (US) (same as Kemet. ROE is also a Vishay capacitor)
EPCOS (currently TDK company, Germany)
Würth Elektronik (Germany)
Second Tier:
Teapo
Taicon (belongs to Nichicon)
SamXon (they are worse than other capacitors from second tier)
Toshin Kogyo
Elite
Daewoo (sometimes only the logo is shown, and logo looks somewhat like Huawei's)
Third Tier: (first six capacitors are ones that are better than others)
