I've never heard of anyone using a dried bean to facilitate decor, but I could be the pinto bean entrepreneur 😄 🤣 😂 I am so loving looking at the little village! It was a thrill to find them for 48c each!! This is why I thrift... unique little treasures for so little money. I have made the men in this house stand and tell me what they think of my little village, even though they can barely scrape up an opinion 😄 🤣 😂 so I love the feedback from my girlfriends 💕

I've had a beautiful village for years, but never used it (cats). Now they are gone, I set it up this year along with a ceramic tree I found at an estate sale. I love it, so pretty in the dark.

That's a great idea! Especially if you enjoy little calming projects. I have a couple of village buildings that are regular sized, and I painted them white because their colors were kind of neon bright 😄 I was in Walmart this afternoon, and they have those bottle brush trees in the dark red and dark green in a bigger size, too 🌲
