FYI -- This video is full good advice but it didn't include one crucial item. There is a more direct way to influence/control your subconscious than imagining/visualizing what you want it to think or believe. The method is to consciously talk to it and give it commands. However, just like imagining/visualizing, this won't give you instantaneous results due to the entrenched, long term accumulation of its beliefs. But if you keep at it, you will eventually gain the upper hand. For instance, as you first attempt to meditate and maintain your focus, you will be constantly interrupted with irrelevant thoughts; which is referred to as "mind chatter". To stop that, just tell your subconscious to NOT do that. First call out its name, which tells it this is different from your usual conscious thoughts. Then give it your command. Like, "Subconscious mind, do not send me any thoughts while I am meditating." You can also be emphatic about it to add some emotion and importance. Do this multiple times throughout each day. Also do it before you go to sleep and just after you wake up. You need to impress upon it the importance of what you are telling it.

I was only adopted by a young couple which later died In a car accident when I was 3, Then I could stay In a FRM family, Which gave me the oppertunity to learn about farming, But that also meant I never got to school. Once I turned 20 I could go my own way and I started searching for jobs, I worked at a mechanical shop nearby, I worked and slept ( lived ) there until I was 22, The owner was somebody my FRM family knew, So they accepted me to come and work. Then later I went to go work as an accountant at a car dealership, I didn't had any form of education papers at that time so I went to college. In college I only studied my own stuff I wanted to study. How to beome a accountant, I learned It all myself, Without school needed. This college was only for you to focus on your own stuff. Then when I got eduation papers from that college I went and applicated for a accountant position at a another car dealership, I got accepted and worked my way up to Manager. I was 25 at that time. If you wonder where I slept during the time I went to college, I rented a dorm from the money I earned with the mechanical shop. Now back to the dealership, I rented a house with the money I had. A little room but I could live In there. Now when I was 29 I wanted to do things differently, I started to work as a director at the same car dealership I worked at as a manager, And I earned 30-40.000 euro's each month. 1. Your brain is like a tape recorder that plays back the same memories and emotions every day, keeping you stuck in the past. 2. Your thoughts and emotions create your state of being and shape your character. 3. If you constantly think about past problems, you will continue to create the same life that you don't like. 4. Routine behaviors become programmed in your subconscious mind, making it difficult to make changes. 5. Meditation can help you access your subconscious mind and make fundamental changes. 6. Waiting for negative events to happen in order to change is unnecessary; you can learn and change in a state of joy and inspiration. 7. Most people live in survival mode, constantly anticipating the worst-case scenario based on past experiences. 8. By constantly recalling negative events, you recreate the same negative emotional states in your body. 9. The body resists change and prefers to stay in familiar negative emotions. 10. Through meditation and imagination, you can create a new future and change your emotional state, becoming the creator of your own destiny.

5 years ago I was living with the stress and depression, I was working at a place where I wasn’t happy and didn’t know how to change things in my life. So one day I decided to start meditation and it felt very good. Started with 5 minutes and during some period increased the time to 1 hour. I was always starting with simple questions “what I want?, “what I don’t like about my life? “ what I want to do?” etc… after meditation I quit the job and started new, happy life and still living with it and meditation become the part of my life. P.S. I was meditating before going to bed, in the dark room on a small chair to keep distractions away and to be more focused on my thoughts.

I have also made an analogy yesterday. It goes like this "Suppose me and my past are both are on a cliff , my past slips and is about to fall down. And I run to him just in time to catch him. Now i am holding his hand on the edge of the cliff. Here i only have two choice now , i can either pull him up and stay with him for the rest of my life or i can just leave his hand and let him go." . So the choice i am going to take will have an impact on my whole life. So I will have to make a wise decision here.

For anyone who needs this... here are the basic steps on how to meditate: 1. Sit/lie down in a comfortable position 2. Close your eyes 3. Focus on your breathe (take a few deep breathes to relax the entire body) 4. Start becoming aware of your thoughts 5. Your mind will naturally drift off into random thoughts. Every time you notice this happen, just mentally say something like "oh it's slipped away, let me bring it back" and then come back to the present moment and continue watching your thoughts 6. Do this for 15 minutes everyday before sleeping In the beginning, random thoughts will probably end up consuming most of the 15 minutes. You might even get lost in thought for 8-10 mins at a time. But every time you bring your focus back to the present, you're training your mind to have less control over you. This will allow you to gain mental strength over a period of time and be less affected by negative emotions. And give you clear access into reprogramming your brain. I've been doing this for years and I've seen huge changes. It sounds way more complicated than it is. Just follow the basic steps and you'll start changing even before you notice it. Hope this helps

What if I got over all of my traumas and still don't like life, because I know that in the country in which I live I will never make it out of the middle class? My first boss has a $1M business and he is broke at times, because the goverment takes so much in taxes. So no matter how hard I work, I will be 40 watching people half my age with 10 times my net worth on the internet, so what's really the point? I either grew out or already got fully bored by pretty much everything that used to give me any fun in life. The new things that could replace them are unaffordable, unless I finally get my masters degree, a solid job and dive in debt for years, which will make me always broke because so much of my salary will go to the bank each month for years. All my day 1 friends except for 2 bros, are already so busy that we meet a few times a year. I'm slowly withdrawing from life into weed and alcohol, I mean, what really is the point of staying alive?😅 I'm way too strong to even consider suicide, but life is fun only before you enter 20's, unless your family has connections and money. There is no escape, that's how I feel. I guess nobody will read this but at least i've killed some time by writing this.

All these things they say in this video to change your behavior is accurate. I used to be whiny, stuck up, arrogant, spazzy, short tempered, intolerant. Then i looked into self help because I hated myself for not being able to have a happy, vulnerable relationship and for the most part it really is about understanding you can't control your thoughts. Your thoughts will betray you and your mind will run away with a lot of assumptions and that's where you draw the line. At some point you realize intrusive thoughts really do come from somewhere we can't control even if we're willingly forcing those intrusive thoughts

Just wanted to say this is 100% real. This is great advice that will change your life. I have been manifesting for 10 years and I forgot what its like to have those feelings eveyday before work. Only thing I would add is to remember life is cyclic, meaning that what you're going through is temporary. Good, bad, great, sad. It is full circle and repeats. Knowing this allows you to prepare and by preparing you can live a balanced life. When you are having a rough day, realise it is temporary. Thank God for the wisdom to realise this and your day will automatically be better.

I've been having some really bad issues with self image and self-hatred as of late. My boyfriend (ex at this point) left me a while ago and it devastated me and all I've been thinking is "why". Those thoughts have only been making me even more depressed and such, when the video got to 8:13 and I heard "Just because you have a thought it doesn't mean it's true", it broke me. I realized that I've been putting myself down so much that I can't even take the reason he broke up with me as a fact and I constantly ran around in loops mentally of "its this reason", "that reason". I feel like I can finally breathe genuinely. That one sentence I feel like has helped me way more than anything has been. Thank you youtube for recommending me this video, and thank you to this channel for making this video, and thank you especially Dr. Joe Dispenza. Here's to a new and happier future.

In Islam, one of our meditation is performing Solat (praying 5 times a day) 😊, detaching our mind from the worldly matters and submit ourselves for a moment towards Allah (God). “Such are the ones who believe (in the message of the Prophet) and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in Allah's remembrance do hearts find rest” (13:28)

SubhanAllah brother i had the same thoughts as you. Our Prophet (SAW) showed us a path, 1500 years ago, that people today are still searching for. We didnt have to search, the path is already there we just need to follow the footsteps Elhamdulillah.

This is what I’ve been thinking for a very long time. It’s so weird. We say “I” when we refer to ourselves. But at the same time we can’t control ourselves fully. Just 5% conscious decisions. That’s creepy. Then what’s the difference between a human and a robot which is simply following the lines of code every time it’s launched. Holy moly😮

Reminds me what I once heard a monk say, “You’re only suffering the two greatest faculties of being human, which is a vivid sense of memory and a fantastic sense of imagination.” “Discipline is needed in you focusing on the present to use these gifts to your benefit”

I, at a young age decided to do XC, didn't like it at all, but decided to continue. I am happy I did. I will have done it for 7 years when I graduate. I started in 6th grade with an hour long mile. Now, 6 years later, I can do it in 7 minutes. I took away the body's will with my mind's will before it strengthened. I have now been able to act on a swivel, and start becoming a jack of many trades. Just set yourself up to a hard challenge that will constantly be a challenge, and you will rise. If you fail, go at it again. Failure is your best ever teacher. If you feel failure, no matter how strong, grind through, and let it teach you.

Every time I watch these kinds of videos, they always seem positive and uplifting. But then they say "Oh all you need to do is just meditate" and then they talk about taking control of your life and making everything rosy and nice. This always totally loses me. I just don't understand meditation at all, or how anyone can get anything out of it. I've never been able to do it. I just sit there with my thoughts and feelings, and.....ermm.....yeah nothing happens. I can't just stop thinking, as much as I try. The best I can ever achieve is to maybe make myself feel a bit calmer, but no "insights" into fixing my bullshit crappy life ever really materializes. Life just trundles on and I carry on feeling depressed. It seems to me that certain people are just immune to these positive uplifting videos, and I'm one of those people. Meh!

As a therapist I have one problem with your message. You’re narrative set up a conflicting relationship within. It’s better for our intension to come from a place of self love and find it in yourself to accept the negative past, and then experience though negative emotions as they arise. Let them come and go as they please without attachment or judgement. Yes meditation is a great tool for this. Only once we’ve genuinely accepted our negative side can’t we move on from them. ❤
@Swearengen19806 ай бұрын
It's also disregarding more serious issues. The screen capture for the video is referring to addiction issues like porn and substances. Meditation isn't fixing that. Most of us are not unaware of the addiction or the cause. We know damn well, we just don't care because whether you're trying to shut down the amygdala's flighty system causing anxiety or watch porn for the dopamine hit to escape depression and loneliness, the goal is to escape the discomfort by any means necessary. The fuck its take over and the addiction wins. You're not reprogramming your brain of the chemical alternations you've done over years with 7 days of meditation. This video falsely advertises one thing and then gives you a tool that would be useful to help a lazy person get off their ass and exercise.

It is very rare for me to see a video content that is so relatable every second through the video, and to realize that this is probably one of the best educational/spiritual/motivational video I’ve seen. I would like to come back every once in a while to watch this video because I don’t know how, but this feels like this video was meant for me. But also, this video can be relevant to any human being because mental health is the most important and valuable thing in life. I would like to applaud you and appreciate your effort into creating this piece of content, which is so perfectly created.
