Scapegoat chained on Imperial Order would be Spell Speed 3, though, right? Because Imperial Order itself was already on a Chain. Spell Speed 3 would require a Counter Trap Card.

Chains resolves backwards, so Scapegoat summoned its tokens, then Imperial Order negated spell effects on the field, and then because of this, it negated Mystical Space Typhoon.

Mystical Space Typhoon was activated, Imperial Order was activated in response, and Scapegoat was chained to it. Quick-Play Spell cards and Continuous (and regular) Trap cards are both Spell Speed 2. Because it's Spell Speed 2, you have to respond with cards that are Spell Speed 2 or higher. Chains resolve backwards from the last card. Scapegoat resolves and summons its tokens, then Imperial Order negates Spells on the field, and then because Imperial Order resolves before Mystical Space Typhoon, MST gets negated. At least, I think it works something like that. I'm still kind of confused to be honest. Not gonna lie, I have no idea how something like Destiny Hero Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer works with this, because its effect lets it pop two cards simultaneously. I don't know how it works with two potential effects going off at the same time, or if negating the destruction of one target protects the other target, and so on :P

This episode made me realize that (not counting sevens) there have only been 5 instances where a girl has dueled another girl one-on-one 1. This episode 2. Akiza vs Misty in the Dark Signers arc (5D’s) 3. Zuzu vs Julia in early Arc-V 4. Zuzu vs Julia R2 in the Junior Arc League Championship (Arc-V) 5. Blue Angle vs Baria in the Hanoi arc (VRAINS) In both GX and Zexal there are no girl vs girl duels. The closest we see being in tag duels, Alexis and Jaden vs Hasselberry and Blair, and Yuma and Anna vs that pro dueling couple.
