Ricky Carruth is a real estate agent, speaker, author and real estate coach. He started selling real estate at 20 years old in 2002, became a self-made millionaire by 23 and bankrupt by 25. During that time, he read over 100 books searching for the reason he lost it all. After realizing the problem he started building his business the right way by valuing relationships over transactions. Wow! I love this guy's energy and go-getter attitude. Fearless! I'm 34 and have been an agent for 1.5 years. My progress is going pretty slow since I'm still working my 40-hour a week day job. Congrats Ricky, I just turned 19 in August and i've been an agent since May. Every time the calls kept working for you, I was so excited on your behalf. You kept nailing those calls. I have not done full time cold calls. I've done a couple circle prospecting calls but mainly I call my sphere of influence and ask for referrals. So glad to now there are other agents like me out there!

When it comes to speaking to the seller about “homes sold” or “homes listed”, are we supposed to look up homes near every client we call? I’m all about above & beyond for those I’m helping but I just wanted to get a better understanding on that part.

How do you take a listing in 15 minute. The sellers have a 15 page sheet just from Stellat MLS to fill out. There are maybe 50 paged for sellers to sign in Forida GTAR rules

The difference I see about Ricky and other coaches is that Ricky is still an Agent, while other coaches WERE an agent but now they just coach. It makes me question why they got out of Real Estate and into coaching. Where I don’t have any questions about Ricky.
