Thanks Chef Sneha Thakkar for your verbal recipe. It would be better if the detailed recipe was written down below for people who are living abroad and do not understand Hindi and Gujarati . Most of the ingredients I have understood, but I have not followed what is dade cup water is it one and half cups of water. The other ingredients you have mentioned as teaspoon I have followed. I am living in Melbourne /Australia and love to follow all your lovely recipes on KZbin. Please share your written recipe below. Thank you and I wish all at Swad institute to have a lovely day.

Aamchur powder, Imli, Cocum & Green Mango if available Backing Soda is Soda bicarbonate, where as Backing Powder consists of Soda bicarb + Corn Starch +Cream of tartar. Backing Powder is mostly used in Backery products. We generally don't use sugar in Tadka.

Baking pawder is use for generaly in bakery products.....baking soda is used for our pakoda's , & vadas....

Maam, If you use haldi alongwith eno fruit salt. It gives a reddish colour to dhokhla instead lemony colour. Hence I do not use haldi and eno together. Instead lemon flavour Eno it is better to use regular Eno which packed in blue colour label. You are using lemon flavoured Eno. Why so?
