Yes, but she cannot save you from veganism afterwards... Learn why it is the new optimal way to destroy ourselves along with our last bit of freedom and autonomy and independence from food systems. Then please see it for what it really is = the new worst religious science. All those supplements and superfoods and nutritional advice is just a greener , nicer cage as no creature on this Planet or anywhere else should have to rely on such crouches and on top it all call it normal way to live and eat. Just a thought for those who healed but still want to be free 😊

Hi Dr G you’re amazing. I was on steroids for 23 years and after 5 weeks of being on Dr G protocol I took my self off steroids and I have no problem doing that. By the way my doctor doesn’t even know because I have not seen yet. But I will eventually thank you.

Thanks for ALL you do and teach Doctor G! Truly transformative information. I'm a liver transplant recipient currently taking immunosuppressants. As a result I've dealt with steroid induced diabetes for the past 5yrs. Is HyperNutrion something you'd recommend based on the fact that my immune system is medically suppressed? Could this protocol cause my body to reject the organ?

Separating the chia and flaxseeds from my blend/ smoothie works better for my health ,so i just do pure greens and fruit and water . Will have to figure out a way to have the Chia and Flaxseed .

Dr. G has suggested using cold-pressed oil from chia and flaxseeds if you are able to find sources that keeps it cold. Heat destroys the omega properties.

Hello Dr. G i have been trying to catch you live but I keep missing the time on Wednesdays. I had brought your videos with 3 classes. I have tried to join your smoothie shred facebook group but I was denied woth no explanation. I was diagnosed with uvertis in September 2021. Ive been trying juicing but i keep failing. I have start on your smoothie. I have Vitamix 8 cups filled kale and 1/2 cup of chia seeds frozen bananas and fill it to the top. I have to admit the first week. I was full and running to bathroom like almost 6 times. 2 weeks in I got sick with flu cold which had me in bed. I had nobody to help me make any smoothies. Am i making the smoothies correctly?

Hello Dr. G I am a new subscriber . I do appreciate all the life saving and life giving information to all of humanity. It really us such a blessing and truely beyond words. I started having seizures and losing consciousness after my mom passed . It happened out of nowhere in 2021 and it's still happening even with the medicine Keppra. The neurologist says all tests have come back really good and they don't know why it's still happening. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my health back and get my brain back and become seizure free. The side effects from the medicine is not what I want to continue to experience. Is there any steps I can take towards health happiness and wholeness again. Thank you.

What about the elephant in the room? People who have digestive issues like SIBO, H Pylori, gastritis, lack of enzymes and cannot digest seeds and raw vegetables? Please talk about how to heal infections etc in the digestive system with your protocol. Many people with autoimmune have horrible gut issues and cannot succeed on this protocol. The “hard” that I’m facing is not being able to tolerate this protocol bc of gut issues.
@SproutingHealth3 ай бұрын
I hv heard Dr. G address some (if not all) of these issues. Unsure regarding the "elephant in the room" comment. This was a Live Q & A with MANY questions coming at her from 3 different platforms in 1 hr, so every question won't be answered most likely. If attempting to poke holes in protocol(s) that hv SO many RESULTS, why? If there is a specific issue/ concern that you havent heard addressed in Q&As, her books, or free classes, perhaps setting an appt w her 1 on 1 may be most helpful route.
@brightgreenleaves3 ай бұрын
@@SproutingHealth I did her rapid recovery group AND a 1 on 1 with Dr Goldner and I have all of these issues and the smoothie tore up my gut. I’m not lying about this. I couldn’t complete the program because I couldn’t digest the seeds and doing flax oil did not work for me. I had Graves’ disease so I felt totally spun out and ungrounded. If you don’t have this condition, you don’t know what it feels like to be in a hyper thyroid state, doing this protocol. these issues aren’t addressed regarding how to successfully manage this protocol with gut issues like I mentioned. I would love for it to be because I would love to do the protocol again, but there’s something in the Chia seeds that made me feel very stable and balanced with my blood sugar, etc., and it is not the same experience when I switched out the Chia seeds for flax oil. When I did that, I felt like I was never satiated and I just could not do it. I felt like I was starving. everyone’s body is different and that’s the point that I would love there to be more discussion on how to customize this protocol for peoples sensitivities like mine. I did the rapid recovery group as a last effort to save my thyroid, and I couldn’t make progress with it because of these issues I ended up having my thyroid removed, which I would never wish for anyone because it has destroyed my quality of life. A lot of people with thyroid issues also have SIBO etc, I’m not poking holes these are legitimate problems that prohibits me from doing the protocol.

@brightgreenleaves Wow. That is A LOT for sure that you hv gone thru / are going through. If you hv done both RR & 1-on-1 w her, u shld hv her cell #. Your situation seems far too complex for a live Q & A forum like this. Dr. G surely doesnt seem the type to leave someone on his or her own hung out to dry without helping troubleshoot issues with the protocol if she has been made aware of problems or issues that someone working with her is having with it, no? She seems to excel when it comes to finding work-arounds / solutions for super challenging situations/ problems that may arise. I hope for the very best for u n that u are able to get your concerns addressed n resolved.❤
