Laperle. It is maybe pretty old neighborhood but it is close to everything and has a good school.

Nice job, Melody! Great video! I just noticed a couple of things 😉, but the main thing is when the video cuts to the garage door opening during the Terwillegar town section of the video, there is nothing there. I think you meant to put a price range up on the screen so that people had an idea of the price point in that neighbourhood :)

Totally agree with all of this! I do find Secord to be a *bit far away but definitely very affordable for first time homebuyers 🎉 P.S. say hi to Julie for me! She used to work for my husband! 😅
