Sattu is very good, but cannot be consumed in all seasons. If anyhow want to buy protein supplements, buy only pure whey protein which has no banned substance, no amino spiking, less BCAA content, unflavored, no additives, stabilizers, artificial color and that also in recommend dose. So, there is a term In medical i.e. glycemic index. If the food have high glycemic index, it means it will going to increase your blood sugar and so does your BP. And Saatu have low glycemic index i.e. 28-35. So it will not increase your BP and sugar

Ask your doctor if he recommend then take..else packaged things are all harmful....will show result in short time but in old age u will see difference....do more exercise drink milk , dal , eggs ....take protein from natural foods only...not by packed protein source ... exercise more and more ....milk give more calories than whey protein but try to stay natural burn more calories push your limits 💪....take supplements only if u suffer deficiency and go to doc.
