Auntie Pauline is my neighbor and the smothered liver and onion dish with garlic mashed potatoes that she made was for me. It is one of my favorite dishes that she has made fir me many times. She cooks for me often and everything she makes is delicious. She is a wonderful person and a great cook and I appreciate everything she does for me. I couldn't ask for nicer neighbors then her and her family. Love you guys. ❤❤❤❤ Cin. .

Aunty Pauline you just made my mouth water for some of that liver. I used to cook it both ways but used to wrap the slices of liver in the bacon and fry and finish off like yours. It has been a long time since I have had it but is something I really love. Thanks for sharing and I have enjoyed all your videos. You are a great cook. God bless you and your beautiful family. Watching from Clarendon Jamaica. ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Wonderful!!. Liver is my favorite!! I cook my liver breaded in season flour in the oven! 325* for 10 to 15 minutes. I leave a few pieces behind and cook it down how we Jamaicans eat it. Then I do my onions, scallion, tomato and some ketchup to make the gravy. I then put everything together and let it steam a little. I hate when liver is cooked down and gets too soggy. As usual, LOVE YOUR VLOGS!!! I learn something new daily. God Bless the chef's hands that prepare the meal. Love you always ❤❤
