Love the recipes. i am a Kittitian living in Texas and back home we call Gunga peas Pigeon Peas . . I plan on growing some in My Garden , hoping the Texas heat wont kill them . Love the Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Mine did not get that Lovely and Big Last year. heat again.. Smile. I watched the Curry Goat and made me homesick , as its something my Mom Cooked when she was alive. This what i cooked for my dinner yesterday, oxtail i used natural coconut milk, and all natural season to cooking my oxtail, i cut up my coconut and blended that is what i cooked for my Sunday dinner dry gongo rice n peas, and oxtail, here in the United States, the name of gongo peas here is pigeon peas, and i never used pressure cooker i loved cooked regular cooking
