Absolutely spot on! This system the NHS specifically the new royal hospital only last week I had to bring me dad after many weeks of deliberating with this crisis the over capacitated system!! I had seen for myself how poor this care and over exhausted the place was my dad was so poorly he could just about breath he needed urgent care we waited for over 6 hours for analysis I’m told I did well…. Horrifying experience

Social care is definitely at its knees as some of the gatekeepers who work within the councils employed by the councils, controlled and paid by the councils to deliver the expected services with less due to budgetary cuts, unfortunately that’s the job THEY signed for.if you can’t do it …Jog on! Now the people who need the help the most miss out more often than not. I have direct evidence covering years of inadequacy and incompetence, individuals employed to serve the people but will lie cheat to adhere to targets and budgets to ultimately serve self. Telling the truth in times of deceivers is revolutionary!

Thank you Steve, but as I am sure you are aware it is the people for which this service is there to protect and also the workers who are left to deal with the issues without any options that has caused, firstly the desire to take on such a role, but also the remedy to deal with the issues, it is more akin to a plaster over a gaping would

My Mrs is a care worker on the district for liverpool city Council. Actually employed by LCC. She has been in the same job for 30 years . As soon as elderly come out of hospital she is the first person in to get them back up on their feet. She has seen this service dwindle down due to poor management and miss use of funds .

Thanks for Sharing Lawrence I have first hand experience of this one Care Home mum was in Abbey lawns was unsuitable for Dementia resident's is has unfortunately closed down another Care home across the road where mum now is has closed down also 😢
