I don’t miss the Colorado snow in the slightest! We had a storm move in today, but it’s still in the 80s with sun. Just a bunch of wind. Thank you so much for watching!

It’s wild how fast the growth has been! Though today was the roughest consistent seas I’d ever been in. And it was gnarly! Autopilot couldn’t even keep up.

Hi, Rookie, dig ur sense of humour, keep it up or you'll go crazy like me!! Dam sharks how rude taking ur dinner, just like that, probably better the fish and not u hey😲 great footage, enjoyed it. Also the lighting seemed quite dark, not talking about the cave bit, just in general. Thanks Karlene

Great stuff,fun. Glad you showed the stores I've been curious about supplies there. That cave was enormous is it fresh water, rain water in there? Also the title do you mean solo sailor, single-handed, or actually single. Not trying to be cute just if people misinterpret, i thînk you meant single-handed, all good matey : ) Pop that shark in the honker if he shows up again, ha : )
@AmysSoloSailingAdventures6 ай бұрын
The stores are crazy on the smaller islands. They’re hit or miss whether or not they have anything in stock, or if they’re waiting on the mail boats. The cave was cool! It’s fresh water that drains in from above. For the title; both. lol. 🤣 I’ve never been up close with anything other than a nurse shark. That one coming out of the blue like that, seeing how fast it was swimming, was wicked! I wasn’t scared, but I also didn’t wanna hang around. lol.

@@AmysSoloSailingAdventures This rice is a Cuban idea, out of hunger, but the Yankees chose the best: In the 1898 war in Santiago de Cuba, General Teodoro Roosevelt's soldiers mixed Bacardi Rum from the Cuban Emilio Bacardi with Coca Cola, BUM BUM, and said: General this is Cuba Libre, but they never told him that they were drinking. 👋💯🇺🇲🇨🇺

Chinese fried rice can be with shrimp or lobster or fish (If it is fish it can be grouper, wahoo or red snapper) It will be 45 minutes 2 servings 1 cup Chinese white or double Carolina rice 200 grams of shrimp. 3 eggs 100 g peas 1 carrot Olive oil Soy sauce Step by Step 1First of all I want to tell you that each ingredient is cooked separately. In a saucepan, place olive oil and when it is hot, place the rice and move it slowly for two minutes, preventing it from sticking, just to seal it. When it is ready, add the water. Once the rice is made, it must be cooled, it is indicated that it should take one day to use it, but you can put it in the refrigerator to make this step faster. 2 Beat the three eggs and scramble the eggs in a wok or frying pan with olive oil. When they are ready, set them aside. 3 Next we do the same with the prawns or shrimp, and like the previous one, once they are done, they are set aside. 4 And finally the same is done with the peas and carrots. 5 When the vegetables are done, add all the reserved ingredients plus the rice, and gently integrate all the ingredients with a plastic or wooden spoon. 6 As you will see, at no time is salt added in any step, it is because the soy sauce is added next, which is quite salty, and this is to each person's taste, try not to overdo it because otherwise the dish will be ruined, Once everything is integrated, all that remains is to say... TO ENJOY!!!!
