This guy probably has green for food and garden waste, black for general waste, and blue for all recyclable stuff like plastics / glass / metal / paper etc. We do still have some councils that get a thrill from making their residents sort every material separately, like you mentioned, but not that many.

The first clip with the rally looks pretty photo-realistic, but I suspect it's captured from a computer game, not real. The physics look a bit off, not enough damage to the car, not enough debris on the landing and there's a bit of camera jitter near the end as it goes around the bend. But I was convinced at first glance.
