Its difficult to formulate a support group. Having a church group can make it easier but its difficult. When you spouse is going through the changes in their life trying to live with Parkinson's is so difficult to watch. Trying to stay ahead of the changes with exercise, diet, sleep, and the toughest of all managing the meds, make for a full time job. And when your spouse of friend or whoever it is going though this terrible disease you have to realize they cannot help the way they feel or the things they do its all new and very confusing to them. When you realize you are in it for the long haul its a awful revelation but one that you have to decide you are going to do it together. Shaun
