I have carried a Sunwayman V10R and V11R for 5 years. Both put out 500 lumens but with an infinate variable adjust. I turn on and custom adjust the exact amount of light I need. Second best, my Nitecore EC11! Simply Awesome. 900 lumens with a reflector leagues ahead of countless lights.

I'm really digging mine so far. I don't know if you mentioned it but with memory turned on the flashlight will even memorize the special modes. So for instance you could put it on beacon, turn off the flashlight, then later when you want beacon, just turn on the flashlight. Fantastic.

I was impressed with the light. Ordered two of them immediately for Christmas gifts. I really like the way the lights look on your video and the Cree models I received look amazing. The size is unbelievably small for all their features. Look forward to eventually actually owning one of my own. :-)

roundmot Definitely not worried about any compensation brother, don't worry about that. I just wanted to know if the link I provided was where you purchased it so I know if people are having issues. I think Amazon and GoingGear are the two places listed. If it's Amazon I would file a dispute for sure.

the d25a and d25c ti are all i carry nowadays. my d25c ti has the beautiful nichia 219. i wish i was able to get the d25a ti in nichia also but even with the xp-l its still very nice. if the 18650 version had the same pocket clip i would own that as well. the beauty of the d25 is the slim body with deep carry pocket clip, rear clicky, and i love the ui. it trumps the olight s1 baton family for my usage. i want to try a rotary brightness adjustable light, and the manker e14...the manker e14 ui is pretty gross though lol highly agreed though...you and i have agreed about the d25 for quite a while now.

Hey Ben, hope you have been well, and I guess you're not concerned about the power going out with all the wind here today! I had a question about the switch: Do you ever hit the switch to turn it off, but accidently NOT turn it off and it goes brighter? I had that problem on the MH20. I still like it, but have had a few instances where I woke my wife up by accident for that reason. I like the CR123 form factor as well, but for my part time job I need something small that can light up a 1,400 seat auditorium in one shot.

Hey there, I’m looking for some suggestions on my next flashlight purchase. I’m looking to replace my thrunite Ti nw, so I’m looking for a keychain light that has a click switch(Not a twist operation) it also needs to be single AAA, or possibly rechargeable. It also needs to have a reversible pocket clip so as the light can be mounted to the brim of a ball cap. Any ideas?

A good light for self-defense is one with a bright strobe and strike bezel. The Olight M2R Warrior is a good light. Also check out the new light from Wowtac (the Black Scout Survival version).

+Living Survival Hi. Thank you for your reply. Don’t you think that the Eagletac DX30LC2 will do the job as far as blinding an opponent? I am thinking about purchasing one of those. I need something that ia bright enough to cause disorientation and that is rechargeable.

Hi, did you test it under water? I own serveral light among which a Fenix PD20 which was my favorite, good for 2 meter under water operation. Then I bought a D25A because of its nichia, which is so much nicer. But this lights although cclaims to be waterproof, really isn't. During some of my test it failed and became foggy on the inside. It still is my favorite EDC, but I would like a bit more lumens. so the D25C with nichia comes to mind. hope you can tell me something about that. nice collection btw

Going gear and amazon do not seem to have this specif light right now ? amazon doesn't know when they will get it back in stock and if i order it from marshal , it would be on back order . there is also no option on marshal website to sign up for a email when the light comes back into stock. I am looking specifically for the EAGLETAC D25C CLICKY NICHIA 219 D220 (CRI-92) I believe this is exactly the one that is in the above video? when I did a google search to buy this light , I really didn't get much options for purchase, please help. also, there is a 219 D224. do you know how this is different form the D220?

both really is the answer. the d25c or d25a is the perfect pocket light, but i like angled lights too. i have a zebralight h52 for my angled head light. not bad for carry at all, clip it to your shirt or something or use it as a headlamp. i feel like if you have both you'll have the ultimate combo.

Something tells me this aint no $20. EDC. Now I'm torn... I'm loving the "no features rawness" of the Lumintop and I've sorta invested in rechargeable AAAs. Along comes Eagtac. It's bigger, which is not good for me. It uses a weird battery, which is not good for me. It's got 7 special modes which is not good for me. And it's prolly more expensive which is not good for me (especially since I bought a Pro-Tech Runt and Kalashnikov Mini last week). Guess I gotta go get an EagTac now. Damn!
@livingsurvival7 жыл бұрын
they have an aa and aaa version as well but haven't used them personally.
@guitartec7 жыл бұрын
I know you need to stay current, but what exactly do you like about the Eagtac over the Lumintop? Flexability, output, size, length of output, battery type??? This will help put it in perspective for me and possibly save me 50 clams. BTW, Gearbest has the Tool in pure copper for $26.

They also advertise it with the modes Hi-Med-lo, so maybe they fixed the mode order. Oh, just saw you did the review of it.

I unfortunately i have owned 3 different eagtacs for our ranch for years and now everyone of them has had to go back for repair or repalcement, which takes considerable time as the only guy that you deal with has to order either parts or a light from china. iI use either a MX30L4-C(repaired once and then repalced) or MX30L3-C(repalced once) nightly during the long nights of winter and calving months and keep a clicky on the side of the gunsafe in case of power outage. it never gets used and now is draining the battery within 2 months just sitting there.(and yes i click off the charged led).and when i try and use the X2CR123 cap the light stays on and will not turn off. As well, now that i've called in for assistance with this last issue i am getting ghosted by them. so anyone who is looking at an eagtac product BUYER BEWARE
