Ah Cooler, one of the few non canon villains I always wanted to become canon, I mean we got Frieza, King Cold, why not Cooler? Man has a sick as hell design and his voice actor like Frieza Is on point! There were so many one off movie villains that couldn’t come back such as Broly, since DBS Broly is a thing, or Janemba since he was destroyed…But Cooler? Super Saiyan like the strength of super saiyan isn’t necessarily plot armor here. It makes sense when you think about it. 50x more powerful, if that means strength, durability, etc. thats insane. Like if the world’s strongest men had that much power they would be able to deadlift and bench press 18 wheelers or connexs. They could throw cars over there heads etc. thats a huge difference

Gohan passing out from having his tail grabbed should make sense, a Saiyan's tail is their weak spot hence why Raditz was laid out when his was grabbed, and why Nappa and Vegeta kept theirs wrapped around them so they couldn't be grabbed. It shouldn't matter that Gohan is half saiyan

Yup, Metal Cooler can use Instant Transmission, but it was something he learned after he fused with the Gete Star. The implications being that in the movies' continuity, he consumed Yadrat after becoming Metal Cooler, the same way he was trying to do with Namek. Freeza's army was going to go to Yadrat after they were done with Namek, so it must not been that hard getting there. Metal Cooler is a whole horror movie character bro, I swear.
