Got may stage 1 cam from OJ. Getting the truck back from the shop today. Had him instill the cam, upgraded ratcheting timing chain setup, adjustable cam sprocket, upgraded hydraulic lifters and header.

Hey my man, few questions if ya don’t mind me asking… first. I bought an arp main kit for the kade, thinking it was the same as the e, not the case, so how did you get the work around for that? Because I talked to an arp rep, and he said they don’t have a bolt kit for the single cam motor. Second, I don’t know the mileage you had on your rockers, but you obviously felt comfortable sending them to Omar to do the upgrade, my rockers/motor has 215,000 miles on them “ block currently torn down and at the machinist/mechanic being punched 40 over for the rebuild “…are my rockers too old/too many miles to send them in for the upgrade? In your opinion of course,.. and third, it looks like you’ve had this done for almost a year, how have the rockers handled the past 6 months? Any issues with the set screws or poor craftsmanship? Any info you feel to give me is greatly helpful and also greatly appreciated. Love what you’re doing for the hardbodys, the single ka-E ,drifting community, and the low life mini truckers that are still scraping around.

I want these so bad but I don't have an extra set to send in for that core charge. Iv had a collapsed lifter for months now and it's very annoying. It collapsed at red line after a backfire. Pulled them out and couldnt tell which one it is because it only ticks past 2500 when it's hot.

I found upgraded lifters from Australia. They are the roller style anti pump up.

It's probably timing chain or lifters.

How do you like the stage 2 cam? I assume the stage 3 cam is more aggressive? Which do you think is better for the street? Stage 2 or 3?

Stage 2 is fine. I have never seen a stage 3 so i couldn't tell you what its like.

I wouldn't recommend it. Just go with stage 2 or 3.

The megasqurt is a much better option, but i haven't used one, so i can't say too much about them.
