It depends how soon the courts take to deal with it, by I actually think this lawsuit could still be great marketing at work. If people watched Depp & Hearn for weeks I think they'll be willing to watch a fued play out in the courts before hitting the ropes of the ring. If someone were to dig up and expose my sexual history I'd answer any "elephant in the room" sized questions, laugh about it, and move on. Sure some people would judge and view me differently, but long story short, I wouldn't care enough to let it disrupt my life. Let alone drive me to sue the person digging into my past. At most I would politely ask the person why, what they hope to accomplish, and to stop. At that point, there's nothing more I could do because pictures of myself with my partners would already be all over the internet.
