The Logan in X-Men origins was full powered that's why he was able to survive the ademantium bullet whereas this Logan was slowly dying due to his ademantium skeleton poisoning him and hindering his healing factor. His clone was imperfect, it didn't have his healing factor and needed serumX to activate it, that's why the bullet killed him.

This just goes to show, Ryan isn't just picking on shitty movies. Logan was excellent. One of the best comic book movies ever made. Possibly, even, THE best. But, that's debatable. Point is; Pitch Meeting isn't always a scathing critique of garbage films. It's just a funny comedy series with a premise that requires deep analysis of movies. Sometimes even over-analysis for comedic effect.
