Actually I've been having the opposite problem. About 18 months or almost 2 years later the keys are having trouble staying on. So if I tap a key too quickly it'll fly off of the keyboard 🤣

this keyboard is awesome + I hate it you cant use it in wired mode meaning if the batterie dies within 3-4 years you can throw it away. The Type-C port will just charge the unit. You cant control it via USB / in wired mode

I couldn’t agree with you more! I LOVE this keyboard! And really Logitech products as a whole! Well worth the money! I have had only bought a second wireless mouse in 10+ years! That’s because they last! I have even dropped them many times over the years! I’m VERY respectful of my tech items, but stuff does happen. The ability to setup 3 different devices is also fantastic! I have my work laptop that is highly secure and requires several steps to login, but also I am blocked from even logging into a writing app for taking a lunch break to do that kinda thing…I get it though…It’s a laptop for work. Sooo I have my MacBook Pro and like yourself and your wife, I want to be able to do creative work without having to drag out yet another device…Sooo fantastic! AND FYI…I have even used my iPhone as one if the 3 keyboard users! This is great for typing in the Notes app as it syncs to all Apple devices I have setup for that! It would probably work with my Apple Watch, but I haven’t looked into that…Not really interested but hey…Someone might! 🤗 Anyhoo! Thank you for your great tute 💜⌨️💻🖥️📲

Grant! Thank you so much for a great video. I have had the mx keys for a couple of months now and just purchased a new computer. With your video, I was able to quickly connect and get working again. Can you do a video on mice that would be a good additional to this keyboard? I do a lot of excel and creating of documents. I would love to know your thoughts! 😂💯

unfortunately I'm still using my Redragon mouse from years ago. I've had ones that I don't like, and this one I really like, but I can't quite put in to words why. Hi - Could I ask a question. I have the MX Master 5 keyboard & - looking at the number 2 key for example - I have 4 options. It presses as number 2 It shft presses as " but it also has a euro symbol & the @ symbol on it likewise the ' @ key also has an extra '' symbol on it do you know how to access these other symbols I have tried the various CTRL / ALT / TAB / CAPS LOCK etc - but to no avail Cheers C

Is there and FN key? Try fn-2 and see if it let's you use it

I just purchased the MX keys, have both a windows machine and mac. This keyboard works great with the windows machine but for the mac, it connects, I can type, use the Fn keys, what does not work when connected to the mac are the short cut key combos. For example, command+C to copy or command+V to paste. I tried many combos and can't get the copy and paste to work. Any suggestions?

I think you have to manually set up those shortcuts on Mac.

I don't think you can. You still have to press the power button on your laptop itself.
