Sequential are actually pulled back to shift up and pushed forward to shift down. But cool trick still. EDIT: Okay so I’m gonna finally edit this, I thought it was obvious but it’s a sim racing rig so I was trying to only look at the racing side of sequential transmissions which is down to go up and vice versa, however sequential road cars usually are up to go up and down to go down. Fun fact: Sequential race cars are this way because it’s more natural with the amount of g forces you pull braking and speeding up.

You might know this but it's because when your accelerating g forces pull you back so it's easy to shift up when accelerating and when braking your body pushes forward so it's easier to downshift.

Depends what vehicle, cross karts use foward for up and back for down cuz it’s attatched to a motorcycle transmission

Nah if your engine is behind you it will be reversed. There is no any specific standard just depends on how you set up the transmission.

In most domestic cars its forward to upshift, in race cars its the opposite. This is due to the g forces, much easier to pull back on something if the g force is helping you

Go to settings and where it says shit up for like your paddle shifters and press on that, when it says re assign with you shifter make sure it's in neutral and go up to 3rd gear and it should work same goes with 4th make sure you are neutral and go down and if will assign

Elastic straps are alot better than rubber O rings, trust me, ive used elastic bands, rubber O rings, the elastic straps are by far the best thing you can use to mod your logitec shifter into a sequential [ps im an esports rally driver and team owner of Friday Frolix]

That set only comes with a 2 pedal set, I would suggest the Thrustmaster T300rs, if you're on console you're limited to the shifter of the brand, if you're on PC you can use different ones, the TM shifter goes for around $180-$200.

Most rally drivers use sequential shifter in real life. It’s much more practical. Rally is 1 of the most demanding racing types and sequential is the way to go. Maybe h pattern is ok for gt but not rally

Hi, it really depends on the power of the car you are using, usually with lower powered drift cars say 200-300bhp I would say mostly second or third gear. With high powered drift cars say over 500bhp usually more so 3rd or 4th. I'm not an expert but this has generally worked pretty well for me, hope this helps.

Most cars and tracks 2ed can be used 90% of the time. 3ed is used for the faster turns or to connect sections together. Just a tip of your using wdts everyone use 3.9 final drive and nismo gear sets
