This is a video that starts with a short video from Andrew Camarata, getting logs ready for the sawmill, and continues to this video. These videos demonstrate the process from raw trees to finished siding on a post frame building. Board and batten siding. I will put out another video soon with some tips and techniques for this type of siding; flashing, spacing, working with green lumber, working with green frozen lumber, how to make a matching garage doorset, etc.
If you missed the first video in this sequence it can be found here:

GORGEOUS! Music, aerial shots, equipment, equipment sounds, sawing, your buddy, Jessie, and what he shared: the story is there, Andrew. Lifting us out of the doldrums with each log, each riff, the rumble of the motor, and most of all, life lived well, being a friend and having friends, doing the stuff of LIFE, with honor. Loved watching the saw-mill and siding, shot down the board.

Like a few others I came over from Andrew's channel. Anyone who is a friend of his, is top drawer in my book. I have subbed to your channel now, based not only on the Andrew connection but your video has great production values, such as editing. music choice and minimal voice overs. The action flows methodically from beginning to end and explains itself too. The video length fit the content perfectly in my opinion. This video certainly has its own unique signatures as well, for example, the process of using a saw mill to create from raw materials, wood to build a very nice structure from them. A creative endeavor we as viewers can go along with for the ride and is implicit in its form as a teaching tool as well. Nice job. I look forward to your future videos.

@@jmuller86 Ya making a video isn't as easy as some people make it seem. A friend and I spent a while on a KZbin video and it was really crappy so we kinda shelved that for the time being after spending as much extra time as we had on it. It would be nice to have a friend who already knows KZbin. This Video was perfect. It tells a story from start to finish and I do realize those types of videos take a lot of time to make, but they are wonderful to watch. I got hooked on Andrews videos partly for that reason and this is every bit as good.

It's nice to hear Allen Watts' voice again. In the '60s, i would listen to him way into the night. ...while drawing cabin plans. Then i became a finish carpentry foreman and cabinet maker. Lots of folks are listening to Watts again. Thank you. Beautifully done.
