I think that’s just Loki being an egotist. He clearly tried in blocking Kaiser’s shot but we’ve seen that Loki tends to insult other egotists like Rin to get them to try harder. In all likelihood he’s actually impressed. He just insulted Kaiser to get him to evolve more.

Before the kick, you can see that Loki was already inside the goal area and treading back towards the right corner of the goal before Kaiser goes to kick. I think he intuited that Kaiser would go for the right corner before Kaiser ever kicked, and only held off his sprint just long enough to see that it was a Magnus shot and not his direct impact. In effect Loki only had like six-twelve feet at the very most to cover from where he was to where he blocked the shot, which is possible. What's actually ridiculous is his running jump height and accuracy to get the ball, which is something we've seem before with Aryu.

As the isagi and Shidou glazer, for what I believe is Noa originally wanted Kaiser to be his predecessor to help him evolve, but he did this buy assisting isagi forcing Kaiser to grow but now that he’s seen what isagi is capable of, with two gun volley and training himself to become slightly ambidextrous in only a week, he decided that he would help isagi in his own, twisted ego, by building up Kaiser forcing isagi to grow and force the spotlight out for himself.

If I had to guess, Loki either has an entirely new eye ability or he has an upgraded version of the predator eye. Think about it like this. Loki’s entire thing is his ability to out speed his opponents in straight lines. For that he doesn’t necessarily need to see the whole field, only what’s in front of him because nobody else has a chance in heck to catch up to him, and by the time he gets to the goal he can apply so much pressure to the keeper on a one on one that finding a single weak point is practically easy work. Therefore I think he has an upgraded predator eye that he can use to identify the most likely pathway for goals both offensively and defensively, allowing him to utilize his speed to make and stop goals in the box.

Nope. You can compare Loki to kinda like a Flash, when you can move at blitzing speed there are things that you can see that different from what others see. Loki speed was on such level that Kaiser Impact was basically right in front of him.

This was by design from loki, first he destroyed Isagi by embarrassing him and stealing the ball creating a shot on goal and just passed instead….now he demoralizes Kaiser by stopping his dream shot which gave him his ego back. Next he’s going to destroy noa in a 1v1 speed blitzing him and probably using a new shot he created to defeat him becoming the best striker in the world
