Couple of things: Sylvie is the name of a character in the comics called Enchantress (and they said "enchant" *several* times throughout the episode as well). She's more than likely her, not Lady Loki (even if she may have started off that way). Also, I think Loki is also playing a long game as well. I think he knows Sylvie is trying to play him and get him to open up, so I think the whole "drunk on the train" thing and the talk about his mother are ploys to lead her into believing she has a "tactical advantage" over him (which she even mentions earlier on). However, I DO think that when she attempted to Enchant him, it may not have worked immediately but she may be also playing a long game. She mentions that she needs physical contact, and with stronger minds it's more complicated... so she may be agreeing to spend time with Loki in order to find a way to "grab ahold" of his mind by finding out about him and his memories so that she can use them on him.

For everyone saying that we went cut out the moment where Loki declares he's bi, assuming some kind of strange malicious intent, you're pulling a me (Jaby) and overanalyzing the situation. We were extremely pressed for time in doing this edit (we normally do the reaction the midnight before, but instead did it the morning of) and in our efforts to make a mad dash to the finish line, our focus was to keep the parts of the reaction where an actual interesting reaction happened on our part. Achara and I had no reaction to that moment. We live in Los Angeles. Lots of LGBTQ+ people here. And we're friends and family with them. It's not a big deal to us so we had no reaction. Add to the fact we mentioned Loki being gender fluid at the very beginning of the reaction. Anyone attacking the fact that this was cut from the reaction is making a mountain out of a mole hill. RELAX.

She’s STILL Loki though. Of course she would talk as much as Loki. But she is also her own person with her own lived experiences. Both of them are. And that’s why their dynamic is the way it is. They’re essentially the same person - but not. For me this was a great episode - my favorite after episode 1 because it takes a breath and allows for some character development.

She is basically still Loki, but just doesn't want to be. Possibly when she found out she's just another version of someone and wants to be her own person. Hence the reason she took the name Sylvie instead and will probably be the MCUs Enchantress. Love it. Love her interaction with our Loki.

i've got 3 things to say: 1. The dialogues come off really cheesy. I know what they are going for, deeper character connection but the dialogues got to get better.(I missed Mobius too!) 2. Marvel looks prettiest when it's purple 3. Tom Hiddleston has a beautiful singing voice :)

Wow I couldn't disagree with Jaby more in this review! This was my favourite episode so far because it was more about character interaction than plot. We just had two Loki's getting to know each other. And as Loki said, Sylvie is weird! She's harsher than Loki but just as flawed and erratic. I hate when reviewers 'want more'. That's such a glass half empty response! What do you want Jaby?? I don't think Sylvie is meant to be the primary antagonist and clearly her motivation is different than Loki's

Dude, you've been posting your theory everywhere 😂. She's been running from them all her life because she was one of the loki variant from the old multiverse before the main timeline was even a thing. She survived and refuged in the main timeline trying not to get prune by the TVA. Her goal is to bring back the multiverse and restore her homeland. Since the event happened a long time ago, it's reasonable to assume that she was running away from them for a while now, possibly thousands of years, hence the "all my life". This also explained why she and the main Loki are so different, she is not a variant from the main timeline.
