This is my favorite episode by far because of the chemistry and banter between Loki and Mobius. They just work so well together, Tom and Owen, and I can't wait to see more of it in season 2!

The character of Mobius in the comics was loosely-based on a beloved Marvel writer and editor, the late Mark Gruenwald. When the TVA was first mentioned in the comics, there was a fun little footnote referring to it as being "kind of like the Mark Gruenwald of time continuity." The scene in Oshkosh was most likely a nod to Gruenwald as well, as that's where he was born.

i absolutely love how this episode immediately establishes how unreliable of a “narrator”/main character loki is. other directors might’ve made the common and easy choice to let the audience in on the joke, to create that dramatic irony. but i really appreciate the fact that i genuinely have no idea what loki’s motives are, i don’t know what’s going on in his head, and i don’t know if literally anything he says is genuine, or if it’s just manipulation to save his own ass. we’re just like mobius- we have to wait and see what happens.

My theory is that you could never look like Shrek but it would have been awesome if you had for this episode for the song alone. When in doubt, never trust Loki but clearly the TVA is very suspect too. I don't think I've ever seen you do a video with so many editor's notes and they were all brilliant.

The 3rd episode dropped and I watched it. What I did was just binge watch the whole 3 episodes that were out. I watched the 1st episode like 3 times and the other 2 like twice. They can be addicting. I get that you can't just watch the episode once🤣 I watched this episode yesterday and the way it endded killed me. The cliff hangers just make you hold on to your seat until the end and you're just like, "WhAt! No!" The 3rd episode is very interesting- so, can't wait to see your next Loki reaction!❤️☺️ Ps. I love how you said, "did you just shush me?" The moment Loki got shushed by that other TVA worker while he's just blabbing to himself about the files. Loki in that scene was just like, "you shushed me so, let me shush you!" That was how I reacted too tbh.👌🤣

Watch cobra kai all seasons (its the karate kid 30 years later with the same cast members (focused on the main two Johnny Lawrence and Daniel from the first karate kid movie. I strongly recommend watching the karate movies from the 80s not the one with Jackie c cobra kai the series does do flash backs anyway. Cobra kai is the best series out period.
